How will business change after lockdown?

Updated: Nov 22, 2020

I've always been a supporter of#worklifeintegration. One of the ways this is manifested is the#workfromhome option, which we now affectionately or frowningly call #WFH.

But WFH arrangements are not for everyone. That's why I was keen on the common work area concept where we can work in shared office areas near our home.

Of course, for some professions, WFH is just not an option, you do need your pilot to fly the plane for you (well, at least you still do).

But with#COVID19 striking us, not only has WFH become a norm, we have other options that are becoming more prevalent.

Thought this article written by Mickey Mikitani, CEO of Rakuten, Inc., was well written in exploring some of the ways things have changed and could continue to #change...

Triggers us to think about own career and mindset and be ready to adapt, change and stay employable in the future.

"Going forward, we know there will be more challenges to face. We will need to learn from each other to identify the most important guidelines for keeping our workers and our customers safe." Mickey Mikitani, CEO of Rakuten, Inc.
