Intellect: a free app on strategies to cope with common mental health issues.

Updated: Dec 4, 2020

"My mental health dived. There were days in my ward I just cried myself to sleep, not knowing if I would see the light at the end of the tunnel." ~ Jennifer Lee.

As I read this article, I was reminded of an app called Intellect that allows you to take care of your emotional well-being in your own time and own space.

It includes self-guided exercises and guided journaling. It includes short audio clips on topics such as stress, low self-esteem, emotional burnout and sleep issues according to an article in techcrunch (http://ow.ly/KZ7E50Ckott).

If you're keen to explore this app that offers these services for free, look for it on your mobile app store. It's called Intellect. If you know someone who could benefit from it, let them know too.
